Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1) The product was purchased within the last 14 days.

2) The product is in original condition (Has not been used).

3) You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.amplifiedbeauty.com.au

Once all criteria is confirmed, an address will be provided for product to be sent to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I like the product but don’t love it, I love the colours but dont like that it dries my lips on applying, I need to wear lip balm as well, its too matte gor my liking unfortunately….💄I’ll probably use more as a blush.

This colour is too light for me and i accidentally received two of the same colour but customer service were amazing and fixed it.
Whilst the colour is too light ... it does feel lovely on and when set, doesn't move 🙌
Can't wait to try some other colours
