Is Amplified Beauty cruelty free?
Amplified Beauty products are 100% Vegan / Cruelty Free.​ Our ingredients are all food grade to ensure that they're safe.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. For same day dispatch, please make sure order before 3PM SA time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit / debit card, as well as SEPA debit payments. Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners and UnionPay (UnionPay is not yet available to all users). Accepted Debit Cards: Visa & MasterCard.
What is your refund / exchange policy?
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1) The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
2) The product is in original condition (Has not been used).
3) You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.amplifiedbeauty.com.au
Once all criteria is confirmed, an address will be provided for product to be sent to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What happens if my item is damaged?
We're sorry! Accidents happen and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately at  info@amplifiedbeauty.com.au so we can get this sorted for you.
